USE:
This machine is suitable for continuous multi-color printing or rolling material in good performance,such as cellophane,BOPP,PET,PVC,PE,Aluminum foil,Tobacco paching,yew paper,Liquid paper box and rolling paper (30-300g/m2)
FEATURE:
1.Adopting frequency vector conersion motors control the main motor,unwinding and rewinding,and tension of them.(seven motors controlled)
2.Lengthways and transverse accuracy are controller by the full automatic registering device,as well as the advane lengthways accuracy funtiong.
3.Stil graphics reveal system is instaled.
4.Non-shaft pneumatic conic node printing plate loading,prompt and convenient printing plate when change.
5.Sealed hot wind circulationg oven,automatic constant temperature,diesel oil air-stove or electrical heating for the drying methods.
6.Pneumatic draw knife,single motor controls the moving way,the moving frequency is adjustable.
7.Holistic moving oil frame,turning the ink in the barrel with the rubber rollers,pneumatic pump circulation.
8.High accuracy gear transmission box,adopting patented technique.
9.Unwinding and rewinding both worked by the dual-station mechanism,realizing auto material change without machine halt at high speed,adopting the neumatic rollers for the draw in and out.
10.Adopting the wind blower.
11.Less transmutation material,warm-up oven drying the material before printing.
